Scranton Memorial Library, Madison) and Caitlin Augusta (Stratford Library), Set the Stage is a partnership with the Connecticut State Library Division of Library Development (CSL DLD). The program is currently designed and chaired by Caitlin Augusta and Mary Beth Rassulo (Easton Library).

The program includes approximately 10 workshops, participation in Project Ready (a DEI-focused initiative), and independent or group learning. Sessions are held almost entirely online, with many recorded for asynchronous viewing. While Set the Stage does not replace an MLS or related degree, it represents a meaningful professional development opportunity.
