Join your colleagues for CLC's 14th Annual Meeting, back by popular demand at the beautiful Library Wine Bar & Bistro in Wallingford. The festivities kick off with optional pre-meeting tours of the Wallingford Public Library Collaboratory, followed by social hour with beverages and tempting hors d'oeuvres. Our business meeting will include a presentation of findings and recommendations from CLC's business development team, and of course, celebrations! All member library staff are invited!

  • 3:00 - Meet at the Wallingford Public Library for tours of the Collaboratory (optional - select at registration)
  • 4:00 - Registration opens at The Library Wine Bar; food & beverage service begins
  • 5:00 - Annual business meeting; speakers including Kairos Group; honors
  • 6:00 - Adjournment

  • The Library Wine Bar & Bistro is centrally located in downtown Wallingford and is handicapped-accessible. There are four public parking lots in the vicinity - visit for more information.
  • If you are taking the pre-meeting tour of the Collaboratory, there is ample parking at the Wallingford Public Library, 200 North Main Street. It is just a short walk (1/10th of a mile) from the library to the restaurant (60 North Main Street).

$30 per person. Includes 2 drinks & heavy hors d'oeuvres. Thank you for your support.


About the presentation:
CLC is in an exciting planning and development phase. For the past several months, we have been working with a business development firm, Kairos Group, to help us identify ways we can increase and diversify income while strengthening member satisfaction and benefits. Frank Robinson and Krista Weider of Kairos Group will present a summary of their findings and recommendations.


Registration Cancellation & Refund Policy:

All attendees must either pre-pay their registration fee or pay it on the day of the event. Pay with a credit card during registration, or send your check to CLC, 234 Court St, Middletown, CT 06457. Checks should be made payable to CLC. Refunds for cancelled registrations cannot be issued if a cancellation is requested less than 3 business days before an event is scheduled to take place (6/19), but the registration may be transferred to a staff member of the same library as the original registrant.
