Storytelling with CT Humanities

Join us for our next meeting on Tuesday, February 25 for a discussion regarding the CT Humanities Council and their wonderful offerings to the library community. We will be welcoming two of the talented storytellers that work with the CT Humanities Council. We will hear about what they do and they will illustrate the power of storytelling! These tales may work well with the 2020 summer reading theme: Imagine Your Story.

At 1:15pm -- Storyteller Carolyn Stearns will be sharing two stories and a bit about the Book Voyagers series she leads. Carolyn will be doing one general story and one CT history story.

At approx. 1:45pm – Storyteller Eshu Bumpus will perform two multicultural folktales (which may include music).

There will be some time at the end of the meeting for open discussion of programmers. Be ready to talk about one of your favorite performers.

Registration: Please register using the link above.
