Let's Get Personnel!

Whether your library has a formal Human Resources Department or you as the director also wear that hat, navigating personnel issues successfully can be a challenge. Please join us this month as we discuss the various situations that may arise including hiring/termination, employee evaluations, staff-related policies and making workplace accommodations. There will also be time to discuss any other topics of interest to the group.

 

The New Directors Roundtable is a forum to encourage discussion, professional development and support among those who are new or new-ish to the library director role, and anyone from out-of-state who has recently taken a library director position in Connecticut.
