Since the budget was passed last fall, the Governor has unveiled a holdback plan that makes additional funding reductions. These include a "Delayed Start," which is essentially eliminating the first grant payment for grant funded programs, including CLC. This cut, combined with an overall 10% reduction, leaves CLC with approximately 33% less funding for the current year than was originally announced.
