� How to go about finding job openings
� How to avoid mistakes and not to miss out on job offers
� How to make useful contacts
� How to negotiate a job offer and discuss $alary
� Other tools that will help you to succeed in the USA
FOR THE STAFF: All the Difference in the World: Multicultural Diversity
This presentation addresses the many challenges within our schools, libraries, corporations and businesses as the demographics of our institutions change to include people of many different backgrounds. Participants of this program will have an opportunity to learn how to foster understanding - facilitate learning - leverage strengths - build relationships and trust and, how to maximize productivity and teamwork when working with diverse groups of people. This is an interactive and entertaining session that includes round table activities to promote a creative exchange of ideas and solutions.
