About the speaker:
Charles Monagan has been a writer and editor for more than 45 years. He began his career as a newspaper reporter in Meriden, worked at the state capitol in Hartford as a speechwriter for the governor, and served as as editor of Connecticut Magazine from 1989 to 2013. He has written several books, and his first novel, Carrie Welton, was published in 2016 by Penmore Press. He blogs at charlesmonagan.com.
Registration Cancellation & Refund Policy: Registration Cancellation & Refund Policy:
All attendees must either pre-pay their registration fee, or pay it on the day of the event. Pay with a credit card during registration, or send your check to CLC, 234 Court St, Middletown, CT 06457. Checks should be made payable to CLC.
Refunds for cancelled registrations cannot be issued if a cancellation is requested less than 3 business days before an event is scheduled to take place (6/6), but the registration may be transferred to a staff member of the same library as the original registrant.
