Library Programs & Services from the Connecticut Court System
Join us on Thursday, April 28, 2016 at Farmington Library beginning at 9:30 a.m. for refreshments followed by our meeting at 10:00 a.m. Our guest speakers will be Cheryl Halford and Michele Krob, court planners for the state Judicial Branch's court service centers. They'll outline what the state judicial branch's court service centers do and the services they provide, and outline possibilities for collaborating with libraries and possible program ideas. We'll also discuss recent programs you've hosted and ideas on marketing and promotion. Join us!
About Court Service Centers: Court Service Centers provide services for self-represented parties, members of the bar, and the community at large. They are located within Judicial District Courthouses, and are staffed by Judicial Branch employees trained to assist all court patrons.

About the Roundtable: If you're involved with adult programming, event planning, or outreach at your library, please join us for great tips, ideas, and strategies you can use! In addition to special topics and speakers, this group serves as a forum to discuss successful and not-so-successful event ideas, marketing and publication tips, and partnership/networking opportunities.
