Hill-Donnelly Directories - CLC is pleased to offer our members the lowest possible price for Hill-Donnelly Directories, a virtual treasure chest of information on nearly every business and consumer in your local area. Order by May 20, 2013 for directories to be published July-December 2013 (see below).

This information will be forwarded to Hill Donnelly for ordering and shipping purposes only.
CLC will invoice libraries upon receipt of the order with 60 day payment terms. Directories will be shipped from the vendor directly to your library upon publication. Please note: because the special pricing is based upon a group order, libraries that miss the order placement deadline will have to order directly from Hill Donnelly and, unfortunately, retail pricing will apply.
About the product: Hill-Donnelly Directories include names, phone numbers, addresses, homeowners, new movers, map, business owner's name, size of business, type of business, carrier routes, demographics and more. Multiple indexes for easy searching:

The pricing proposal we have negotiated is on a sliding scale and also includes heavily discounted shipping and installation/training fees. Early adopters will be refunded if the group purchase discount exceeds the discount extended on their orders. LAT has agreed that members purchasing through this group purchase will receive the best discount available to Connecticut libraries.
Additionally, if your library has a problem making the required 25% deposit due when placing your order, CLC will pay the deposit amount to LAT and bill you. The customary 3% CLC billing fee will be credited to the balance of your order by LAT. So, in effect, LAT - not your library - will be paying the 3% fee.
These are proprietary products and LAT can furnish a sole-supplier statement if your town has a bidding requirement.
